Diverting to Smaller Ports Isn’t Working

With the logjam at major shipping ports around the world creating bottlenecks in the global supply chain, some companies have tried diverting to smaller ports.

But they’re finding this is not going to be a solution going forward, as these smaller ports don’t have the space nor the labour to handle sudden surges in containers.

So, it’s back to the drawing board for many shippers.
